Return & Cancellation Policy for Nandonik 1.618

Return Policy

Nandonik 1.618 will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the delivery/courier company during shipping.

However, if there is any defect or issue related to the design or workmanship of the saree, we will accept the return.

Please notify us within 5 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the problem.

Upon verification, we will replace the damaged saree with a new product of the same design at no extra cost.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours of placing the order and before the product is dispatched.

If you cancel within this 48-hour window, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

If you do not cancel within 48 hours, or if the product has already been designed, cancellation will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.


Reporting Issues

Customers must inform us within 5 hours of delivery if there is any problem with the order.

Failure to notify within this time frame will result in no return or replacement.
